Application Process

  1. Submit the online application form.
  2. Provide all required supporting documents.
  3. The school will review the application.
  4. Parents and learner will be invited for an interview or school visit.
  5. If accepted, placement is confirmed once the required acceptance documents and payments have been completed.

Submitting an application does not guarantee final acceptance. Admission is subject to space availability, the school’s admissions process and confirmation by the school.

    If you are applying during 2026, then upon Acceptance, January 2027 tuition fees plus an additional R2 500 placement fee must be paid to secure your child's place at the school. Should you decide NOT to join Grassroots in January 2027 then your first month's fees (January 2026) as well as the placement fee becomes non-refundable.
